The woman that I had to conduct business with was extremely rude.I was lectured over my request to use a washroom, my bill was not discussed prior to payment. I'm unclear about what I paid for. Also a request to price a part was ignored, I was told to contact another business. Her tone of voice and her demeanor left me regretting having booked my appointment. In the future I will search for a business who respects their customers. She made me feel unwelcome.
