She goes above and beyond to listen to your concerns and explains everything in detail so you can understand and make the best choices for your pets. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our two West Highland Terriers have had Dr Robin as their veterinarian since they were both puppies,almost thirteen years ago. They started with her in Campbell River and when Dr Robin told us she was opening her own practice in Comox we knew we would follow her. Our dogs love Dr Robin and her staff...the care they receive is exemplary, professional and compassionate...well worth the drive for us...we highly recommend Rain Tree Veterinary

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently sought a second opinion for my unwell little dog at Raintree and from the moment I phoned for an appointment to the present I was absolutely impressed with the empathy, care and follow up my dog received. In three days they had a diagnosis for a potentially life threatening disease that my regular vet missed. Both Joan and Robin saw my dog over the course of two days and both are kind and wonderful veterinarians. All the staff I spoke with were amazing as well. All of these ladies love their jobs and it shows in the care and attention that they take in dealing with your pet. I was worried about my dog’s care over the long weekend but Robin stayed in touch and offered much needed and appreciated support as my worry level was through the roof! This extra support allowed me to relax a little and support my dog better as well. I could not be more grateful for the care my dog received from them and highly recommend this clinic for your pets care. Five stars isn’t enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Robin Rainford is exceptional. She takes the best care of our Ava ? and always has made us feel so comfortable. We’ve been thru major surgeries and a few scary incidents over the years. Robin has always kept our girl healthy and set our minds at ease. Her office is the absolute best. Her staff are incredible and treat us like friends or family even though we have no relationship other than thru the clinic. I feel like Ava is in the best possible hands with Robin and I trust her opinion every time. We are getting a puppy now who we know will love RainTree as much as Ava does! Thank you to all the RainTree staff you are all amazing and doing wonderful work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Late on a Friday afternoon I noticed my pup was not opening his right eye and it was weeping. I called Raintree and they were fantastic. They asked if I thought he needed to be seen and when I said yes, they said that they would wait for us to get there, knowing full well we are a 30 minute drive away. I am so impressed. And then, they followed up a couple of days later to see how we were doing! Awesome service and I'm so pleased to have my pup looked after by Raintree. Thanks gang!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raintree was recommended by a friend and even though we live in Campbell River, it's worth the drive to Comox. It is always the best experience for us and our Whoodle, Dezi. All the staff and both Vets are lovely. They are kind, caring, professional and so helpful whether I'm calling for information or there in person. Dezi is always a bit nervous at first but quickly put at ease with a little treat and the way she is treated by everyone there. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't recommend this clinic enough. I have sent friends and family to Rain Tree and they too have been happy. The front end staff are welcoming, greet you by name, are informed about products etc. My dog had a poor experience as a pup at a vet's office when she was young and it took a bit to get her comfortable. Dr Rainsford is professional and supportive and helped to make the visits less anxiety ridden for both my dog and myself. Great service, great people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are so happy with how Dr. Robin and her team at RainTree Vet treat our cat Chas Tucker Smith! We had to bring him in on a Saturday pretty close to closing time and the vet working that day , I believe Dr. Joan was her name was amazing! Even though it was closing she stayed past closing time, didn’t make us feel rushed ! Thank you for taking care of our little fur man ! Thank you to the rest of the team at checkin anytime we go, always super friendly!
