Geoff was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and provided an overall great customer service experience from start to finish. He was patient and took the time to explain to me what was going on so I felt confident in proceeding with the appropriate steps to rectify the issue. I would/will highly recommend anyone call RainTek if you are experiencing any drainage or waterproofing issues.

I was recommended RainTek from another company who wouldn't travel the distance from Victoria to Mill Bay to do the work - and I'm glad for it! Geoff from RainTek met the seller and I at the house and I could immediately tell that Geoff knew his stuff. He took one look at the perimeter drain that had recently been installed and knew instantly that it was done very poorly and not to code. He gave me a quote within 24 hours of the inspection and I was able to use that as a negotiation tactic to get the seller to have the entire perimeter redone - on his dime - to BC code! Geoff ended up saving me a ton of cash and I'd recommend him to anyone with wet basement or perimeter drain issues.
