★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time I have used West Bay for repairs. Today Ryan replaced my rusty garburator. He was fast and knowledgeable. He didn't talk down to me and explained everything in a concise way. Without being asked he also carefully explained the features of my new garburetor and showed me how to deal if any items clog it up. Not something I expected for sure. Usually someone installs or fixes something and dashes out the door. Hee also checked the filter in my dishwasher and gave my 10 year old hot water tank a quick once over to give me the peace of mind to know that it was still in good workig order. I was very pleased with the reasonable price to the work and believe me, I am calling them for every plumbing problem I have ever again.
And recommending the company to my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have spent the past week, calling West Bay Mechanical 3 times a day, with no response. My initial call was taken by someone in Accounting, after being routed to 3 Depts., by an automated phone system nightmare.That person took my Info , for my request for Sales to call me back. I'm still waiting. Correction:
I've given up on West Bay ever returning my Call. Too bad, because they were my Electrician's 1st Recommendation. Not impressed, & their level of attention to new Business, has left me extremely disappointed. I've chosen another Company, whose attention to new Business gave me an immediate response.

Initially, they responded quickly to my enquiry re. A quotation to install a tankless hot water system in my home. A sales person who was also an installer came out to look at my project and promptly emailed a written quotation which was around $4500 for the job. I did not go ahead with their quotation right away but did call them about one month afterwards to discuss the quote I had received. I was told that the employee I had dealt with no longer worked for the company and the quoted price may no be longer be a valid one. I then requested they send another estimator to my home to review the scope of work and provide me with an updated quotation - they did this and confirmed the price would be held as per the original quotation. When the installer arrived on the scheduled job date, he reviewed the job details with me then went to his van and called his manager. I then received a phone call from a new employee/manager of this company who told me that there was considerably more work involved in my project and there would be an additional $2500-3000.00 added to the original quote. I refused to pay any more money for this install and sent the in their way. I would never deal with this company again or refer them. The experience I had with this company was a complete waste of my time
