★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a fire table last winter and when it was delivered the cover was missing. The delivery staff told us it would be delivered separately whenever they got one. My partner called to follow up twice and was told no covers available. Today (in September) he called again and was told the same but when pressed they said he could pick up a generic cover. No refunds or apologies given for a cheaper product provided 6 months late.
UPDATE: I received a call from staff following this review. He was very apologetic and provided a refund for the cover.

Kudos also to our delivery team who were professional and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just bought an outdoor patio set, fire table and cantilever at Rainforest. Great product and experience in store. Their Salespeople are great to deal with and give you the straight facts about the manufacturers they carry. High quality outdoor furniture that looks like it will last a long time. UPDATE: We also had Rainforest repair and service our hot tub that we bought from another store in town. Rainforest solved the problem and went the extra mile to find the right part for us even though the brand of tub wasn't one of the ones they carry. Honestly, these guys are excellent! ANOTHER UPDATE: We had a hot tub heater that stopped working for no apparent reason. It was still under warranty and Rainforest replaced it at no cost. Even their labor was aborbed by the warranty. No one likes these things to happen, yet when they do, its nice to know that they can be taken care of seemlessly with no hassle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a technician come to verify a problem and diagnose. Told me the particular part would cost upwards of $300. And then another $300. to install. Contacted the manufacturer. Sold me one for $165. Arrived in 2 days. Installed it myself in less than 20 mins. Works perfect. I'll just leave this right here.
