★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I have purchased multiple custom & stock furniture items from Millbank Furniture for our home over several years. This past fall, we purchased 2 Frontier bookcases, a Barrelworks side table, and a customized den bookcase, all in pine and stained to our wishes. We also asked Millbank to strip and refinish a Deacon’s bench that was not their product. As with our prior orders, the quality and workmanship of all items are outstanding, with subtle markings that prove these are handcrafted and not mass-produced. Janice Gascho took our initial order and spent considerable time both in person & by follow-up phone/email to ensure the details & needed adjustments were correct and to our satisfaction. The delivery persons were very polite and helpful, and set up our pieces cleanly. Our continued experience with Millbank Furniture has been first-rate, from start to finish. Their products are priced for quality, and we love what we ordered.

Ended up getting a bench for my mudroom and now have a desk on order as well. Beautiful beautiful furniture. I had shopped around and very competitive pricing for the quality. Wonderful experience right from the beginning until delivery!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a custom vanity from Karl and are absolutely delighted with the result. The attention to design detail and transparency as to the timeline were exemplary. When we picked up the piece the new showroom had just opened and despite Covid was full of a selection of beautiful chairs, tables, beds and other fine furniture. We bought five dining room chairs that contemplated our live edge table perfectly on the spot and our family can’t get over how comfortable, sturdy yet elegant they are. Millbank brings together multiple local woodworkers and artists to allow you to shop local and get world class furniture. We will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Non-Toxic, Quality Bed Ever! I spent a very long time searching for a Southern Ontario furniture maker who would finish the bed I needed for my son in a water-based stain and lacquer. Karl was willing and able to find out if that could be done for me and was always friendly and helpful to deal with. He respected my desire to have a low-VOC home and I was thrilled when he said it could be done. When the queen storage bed arrived, I was very impressed with its quality and appearance and within a few short days, there was no smell from the bed at all--the water-based finishes were perfect! This piece of furniture is a beautiful and safe addition to our home. I will highly recommend Millbank Furniture to anyone and everyone who asks.

When the bed arrived it was of outstanding build quality, looked gorgeous and met all expectations.... it fit right in "...as if it had always been there!" This is our second purchase from Millbank and we've been very happy with both, and will definitely be return customers. For those who want thoughtfully and carefully built furniture that will last a lifetime... you can't do better than this!

Karl was very knowledgeable with helping us select our kitchen set which included the walnut Norwich kitchen table, bench, Myra leather chairs and stool! Our order was delivered ahead of schedule and was set up by Jacob and Johnny who were efficient and very pleasant! Their craftsmanship is exceptional and something you won’t find at a typical retailer. We absolutely love our new furniture and would highly recommend Millbank Family Furniture to anyone in search of quality built and beautifully designed furniture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Millbank Custom Kitchens build a mudroom for us and we are extremely pleased with the results! The process was very smooth. It took awhile to get the quote and drawings finalized, about 2 months from the time I first reached out including one round of refinements to the drawings. However, Jon was very responsive to my many questions and always delivered within the timeline he specified. I was fairly specific in what I wanted and they delivered. They also gave good suggestions in areas I wasn’t sure of. We decided to go with Millbank because we were happy with their customer service and drawings, the quote was lower than the alternatives and they were able to do the installation earlier. It was fun to go to the showroom and pick out all the finishings (handles, hooks, colours). There were plenty of options! There was a small incident in the installation with the bench getting gouged, but they fixed it and reinstalled within a few days so that I can’t even tell. The final product looks great! It feels sturdy and good quality. Very professional work and service.
