★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place for swimming and recreation. The views are spectacular and the people are very friendly and law abiding. We noticed that it’s very family friendly, which we were not expecting. There’s a separate section for dogs which is great because we’re not much into swimming with stranger dogs.
Something to note is that if you pay attention to the wildlife underwater, you will notice tiny fish that are not shy to swim up to your feet, which I enjoyed a lot since it was my first time noticing fish that interact with you and not swim away!
Overall, very positive experience with lots of views and clear calm lake for swimming and paddling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice park. Well maintained. We came after sept 15 so parking was free. Tons of picnic tables and benches are available. There are several beach volleyball courts available to play on too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most beautiful view, several docks to swim out to, volley nets, usually ice cream for sale, plus lots of grass to lounge on. This park is great for families. Parking is limited so riding in on the valley trail works best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Park is beautiful, has some shade, beach area, access for swimming or watersports and views are stunning. Parking may be a problem as parking lot isn't big. Also be ready to pay (credit card or app)

One of peaceful place in Whistler (Alta Lake).
There is gelato truck with many tasty flavour, serving with cookie sandwich and very friendly seller. Really like its mango and pistachio.
Many spot to taking pictures, from lake side, wide grass area, and there is a train railways, bike lane.
Washrooms : clean and well maintain.
Parking spot : good enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rainbow Park is a nice park with a few trees and trails! It is also near alta lake which is beautiful! It is a nice place to visit if you have some leftover time. Also located near Whistler, about a 10 minute drive. (Fun fact, there is also a railroad cutting through the entrance/exit of the park, just be aware of any trains)!
