★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful little spot on the east shore of Alta Lake - complete with hourly paddleboard, canoe, kayak, and pedal boat rentals! It also has it's own small stretch of beach.
The lake itself is glacier fed but when I visited in September, it wasn't that cold...just very refreshing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great park, but pretty crowded when it's hot. There are bathrooms, a small playground, a dock, and a store to get cold drinks and treats, so no roughing it here.
You can walk or bike there on an excellent path from either Whistler or Creekside, or drive and park too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the nice parks at Whistler, 5-6 Mins dr be from the Village. The parking is limited but the roadside parking works, except it’s a steep walk. There are boat rentals (pedal/kayak/canoe) available as well. The biking trails are decent but not for family. Lake is big and good enough to pedal/row for an hour. There was a coffee truck and some snacks bar as well. Small beach area for kids to play, and swim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most excellent lakeside parks on Alta Lake. Parking is decent here, floating docks are easy to get to, lots of grass space and the sun seems to hang here a little longer. More locals here then at the other two major parks on the lake aswell. Always a great time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great park by the lake for kayaking, canoeing, body boarding, paddleboarding or whatever watersports available in the area.
There is a Golden River trail for the water sport lover to go for an adventure but it will take approximately 3.5 hours so better be mindful of the time.
It is also great to enjoy some relaxation time by the water in the park for picnic or sun tanning. There is a changing room by the rental place as well as a crepe shop selling snacks
Parking spots seem rather limited, better come early than late in the day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beside for the lack of parking the park is a must visit to chill under the sun. Recommended place to take the whole family to dip in the cool-clear water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know if it is because of the hottest wave in BC last week or is this lake water always warm, but comparatively this is the warmest water I have been to in BC. It has 2 change rooms, washroom, and paddle board and kayak rentals.
