★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In may it was still full of snow after hiking halfway. We met only 2 person toward the end. The beauty of the mountain is still amazing even thought we haven't got to the top.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While this trail was fun to do, we definitely were not prepared. There was ample snow and ice on the trail and with the addition of rain it made it very hard to walk even with hiking boots. However it was still very enjoyable. The only reason I take a star off is because we found it very hard to find trail markers, there were only two the entire loop. We were following people's muddy tracks in the snow, and yet we still ended up off of the trail and had to renavigate to fine our way. It was still enjoyable but oh boy do I wish we had proper trail markers. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy hike about 1-1.5hrs to do the 2.3km loop. Some moderation elevation gain in some sections but overall it was a good short hike. As the time of this review (sept 20, 2021), the trail is closed beyond the loop due to grizzly bear activity. We came on a Monday and there was plenty of parking at the trailhead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good family loop hike if you don't mind some elevation gain at about 150m and 3km distance. Did it with our 3yr old and 7yr old, good way to burn some of that excess energy. Second growth forest. Even a cool bridge to cross on the way down.
