J	Joan Baerg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed repairs done to kitchen cabinets, which became more urgent when 2 hinges broke and I couldn’t use the cabinet under the sink. I contacted a company that advertises regularly in the Courier, and sent them the requested photos and information. They replied 5 business days later to say they were “unable to do this kind of work at this time”. I then contacted a cabinet shop 3 blocks away who came to do a preliminary review and never bothered to contact me again to give a quote. Luckily, I found Them-Go-2-Guys! They were quick to make an appointment to view and discuss the work required, I received a quote two days later, and an appointment was made for the next business day for the technician to do the work. The job turned out to be a bit more complex than expected, but Kent had the job completed that week. Nick, Kelly, and Kent were all about great customer service, getting the job done quickly to my satisfaction, and at a reasonable rate. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

Nick, the owner has never let me down and has always been above and beyond a professional! Whatever the job that is needed I always know I can ask him and he will give me the advice that I need. Whenever I need a job done I can always count on him to get it done efficiently and in a professional manner. For the job you get done and the price you pay , he is one hard act to beat! I can't think of a better team of men for the job!

The door was not installed properly and does not close properly. Similarly he did not know how to install the weiser electronic lock. I paid him. Talked to Nick who said he would come back the next week to fix the door. I called left a message and he has not called back. It is over a week now. I don’t expect him to finish the job. Can’t recommend this company.

They were very communicative, from their start, with their contract, time frame, fair price and the scope of the work. Our deck was a disaster after they started the work, very communicative throughout and did their best to complete the job on time. Nick also helped us without any extra charge to remodel our backyard. It is very hard to find a good, honest contractor these days. We are very happy that we used the Raincity decks. I would highly recommend Nick and his crew.

We arranged for him to come the next day. He was on time, and after discussing what we were looking for in a new deck, we knew right away that he was quite knowledgeable , he explained the whole process from start to finish. We had a budget price in our minds that we could afford, and after taking measurements and understanding what we were looking for, he called the very next day with his quote that fell right in line with our budget and timeline, we decided to move forward with him. We were really pleased with the quality of workmanship, professionalism, and his positive disposition throughout the whole process.
