And he also did a terrific job of painting the fence. He even went the extra and some little extra jobs without my asking. Also I was very happy to see how tidy he was in cleaning up afterwards. Even my neighbour made a comment about how methodical he was in keeping everything so clean and tidy. I will definitely be calling Colin again this Spring for other jobs.

He has fixed structural supports and done cosmetic work on our hundred-year old house to improve the safety and look of it. We continue to have him do projects for us because he is hard-working and knowledgeable about everything from carpentry to electrical, plumbing and drainage issues. We call him for small fixes as well as large projects. He listens to our projects goals, seeks out affordable and aesthetic options, is timely and communicates progress well. He is also a very personable and considerate presence to have around the house as he is working. I found him to be professional, honest and hard working. He replaced some rotting cedar siding boards on my older home, rebuilt some planter boxes and painted the trim. He provided me with options to help control my costs. He did quality work for a reasonable price. I would definitely use him in the future and would not hesitate to recommend him to other people.
