★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had some stairs constructed for our new deck by Wayne and Chris of ElkRidge Construction. They were reliable and diligent and had a great work ethic. The job was completed in a timely fashion and they were able to answer any questions or concerns we might have had.
They also coordinated the additional work required for installation of railings for the deck and ensured that was done to our complete satisfaction.
We would definitely recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Chris give us an estimate for a parking pad on our property. Chris required funds to buy supplies. They did not have a jack hammer to bust up some concrete I paid for the rental. We had to rent a concrete bin at additional cost. Also, Chris called me the night before the concrete was to arrive and tried to get out of doing the work. We agreed to hire more labour’s which we paid for. We had to pay out more money. The concrete pad now has a crack in it. He did not install conduits I asked him to for future sprinkler system and electrical. Chris stopped answering his phone after many attempts to try and get the work finished. Also, there was yelling and swearing from Chris and his employees while they were here working. Overall unprofessional.
