★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best garlic farm in existence. Elly is a fantastic, hands-on farmer who cares deeply about her farm, her animals and her clients. Top quality produce available at a reasonable price. And to top it all off, it's organic. Would absolutely recommend, 1000%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for different varieties of garlic to try look no further. Elly can point you in the right direction no matter how you like your garlic, hot, mild, raw or roasted. Railway Creek Farm is also a great example of environmental stewardship. If you happen to be near Tweed check out her vegetables too. If not, garlic is easy to ship!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That cabbage I got last week was huge!! Had cooked cabbage with meatballs (your hamburg too and lots of other garden treats in those) cooked in tomato sauce on top. Meal 1 was delicious!! Planning coleslaw for Saturday - unless someone beats me to it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Railway Creek produce is fresh and delicious. The microgreens are a wonderful addition to salads, sandwiches, smoothies and just about anything. Elly works very hard to reduce plastic in her packaging and is flexible and accommodating. We are so happy to support a local farmer.
