★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first met Jeremy Smith from Railpro on June 26, 2019, during a presentation we jointly did for The City of Medicine Hat on ‘Helical Screw Pile Foundations’ and ‘Deck and Railing Construction’ to all the builders and trades. I remember that I forgot my HDMI cable to connect my laptop to the projector and Jeremy was so gracious to give me his to use. As I was watching his presentation I was in awe of the manufacturing and building facility in Redcliff and thinking how impressed I was with this company. I couldn’t wait to build a working relationship with Railpro.
Since then, we have been installing helical screw piles for Railpro whenever they can use us. The best thing about Railpro is without a doubt their staff, their professionalism, their beautiful work and their efficiency. They really know how to take care of their customers.
From a trades perspective we absolutely love working with this company and value our business relationship immensely. Whenever we show up on a Railpro site everything is ready to go for our install: locates are done, the site is clean and organized, the pile placement is clearly marked, the ground and site are prepped and ready for our install. The install always goes well because of the way they prepare for us to come. I would highly recommend them. They are an absolute pleasure to work with! Thank you Marc and team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with the installation of our deck canopy. The crew did a good job - very professional. They promised to be finished in 3-4 days and, considering the extra time to reinforce the existing roof, they still delivered. The price was quite high compared to estimates from a year ago. So, get your installation started right away since prices are expected to continue to go up. The canopy looks as expensive as it costs. Reinforcing our existing roof was much costlier than anticipated. I question the wisdom of the City Planning Dept. - not sure that all of it was necessary. But it's nice to know that the canopy will remain standing the next time we have a 10 foot snowfall (never had one) - even though the rest of the house might collapse.
