It wasn't very busy so not sure why it took so long.Asked for manager she is as useless as the waitresses. The manager needs less makeup, lose the claws on the fingers and more work appropriate clothing, not very professional at all. This place could be great but rethink your staff as service is TERRIBLE
M	Melvin Prakasan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review is purely based on a customer service perspective for one single interaction. It's possible the restaurants overall service and food is great. My partner committed a crime of trying to walk in with a 7 month baby. We were just looking for a place to sit and eat for a bit - call it new parents tiredness maybe. However, with one of my partner's foot through the door, a server yelled out " before you step in further, we do not allow children so you might want to go back". The tone, overall demeanor and articulation of that made it worse and the server continued multitasking with her work with barely a glance at us. For us, we know never to go to this place again. My one start review is only based on the above. Message to staff if they read it: A little empathetic and focused customer service can go a long way.
J	J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here for my birthday lunch. I got the pan seared chicken breast and it was a way smaller portion than I was expecting for $27! The gnocchi was very soft and was almost impossible to stab with my fork to pick up. Apparently they were busy for a Monday, and even though my sister & I had made eye contact with our server multiple times, she did not really check in with us during our visit. Atmosphere/decor was nice. Music could have been a bit louder. All I could hear was the chatter of other tables.

The venue was very accommodating to our group, understanding of our circumstances and went the extra mile to ensure we all had what we needed to make the event as enjoyable as possible given the circumstances. The service was excellent and the food delicious. Will be back again!
T	Tanya Foster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve biked by this place a few times and have been meaning to try their lunch. Today was the day after being turned away from Beatnik’s patio. Our server, Alexandria, is AWESOME at welcoming guests and providing excellent service. My husband devoured his salmon eggs benny and I had quite possibly the best beet salad. Warm service, great food at good value and a sunny, clean patio. We will make this place a regular stop! ?

Sorry they took my favourite off the menu (lobster risotto) but they managed through the pandemic to keep open with a limited menu. Now hoping to see them blossom again. Best waitress is Alexandra!
N	Nerdmaid Faith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for a bachlorette party reservation. A few mix ups in terms of orders and such but all in all amazing customer service. I thoroughly enjoyed the dishes with the garlic compound butter and the scalloped potatoes with my steak were delightful. Steak itself was so-so but all in all was a nice time and a good chance to finally check out this restaurant!
