Someone always called us back, and we never had issues with our payments. No surprises with what we were agreeing to, so not really sure about the bad reviews here. Also, the rates were not too bad- pretty competitive.

Jeff has been exemplary in his knowledge and professionalism. Someone is always available when we've called to answer any questions politely and accurately. The rates are competitive with the industry, which is ultimately what we were looking for. We would recommend going with Radius for your mortgage, especially if you want to stay away from the big lenders for a more personalized feel.
