β β β β β The hotel is clean, my only issues were that the heat needed to be set to about 28 to get the room to feel like 21, otherwise it was freezing and it was a long walk to the room as some easy access doors are now locked (canβt go in but can go out) to keep visitors safe.
Friendly staff, free coffee in the lobby, comfy bed.

β β β β β They will not allow you to leave a cash deposit for a room like other hotels in the city, even though over the phone when we booked the room we were told that it's fine to leave a cash deposit because we don't have a credit card, then when we got there they wouldn't allow it. And the guy working was so rude too. I'll never go back there again.

β β β β β Not the best experience. Was staying there with my work crew for a few weeks. Multiple vehicle break ins in the parking lot and the parking garage. Will never stay here again.
The only good thing about my stay was Louise from the cleaning staff. Excellent woman and always brightened my day.

β β β β β Friendly staff, clean area, awful mall connected but that's not their fault. Swimming was enjoyed by myself. Too bad hot tub was covered. Cleaning staff was super friendly. I also got upgraded on my room reservation

It is rather unfortunate to have these great team been managed by an incompetent general manager who lacks the professional ability to manage his customers and I wonder how he manages his subordinates, it must have been hell for them!
I honestly don't know how to describe a general manager whose only way of relating his company policies to his customers is by threatening them with the cops and profiling a race due to his professional ineptitude to manage his customers, an immigrant profiling other races is laughable and unfortunate.
I will not profile his race because I have met very good people and for the sake of thousands of great people who have labored for decades to build the brand and image of Radisson group, I will also not berate the hospitality giant.
My advise to whoever owns that franchise or employed him is to write down his duties in a sheet of paper and make him read it every morning before breakfast to make him a better person and manager.

β β β β β Taken advantage of the midtown region to walk around dinner, look a couple of presentations, and have drinks. It was exceptional. Organization top notch not surprisingly. Bed comfort can not be outclassed. This is the ideal motel for a week's end escape in North Bay. The midtown area on Main Street is a subtle strategy and the motel offers generally that you truly need expecting you would rather not branch out.
