M	Mohamad Azimi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room as fine.It was clean. Bed mattress is soft, not firm. Water pressure is fine, etc. The one thing I will warn you about. Walls are THIN. So, if you have late night party goers in the room beside you, if they're up until 4:30 AM partying and, laughing, etc. So will you, as you'll hear them.

The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff really buff it up, Roger provided me with such warm and welcoming experience from the service desk that genuinely made my night! Thank you very much for all your assistance, I certainly will be coming here frequently in the future.

There is a sign that states that towels are to be changed every 3 days but there is only 2 towels for a room of two beds. I’ve been here 2 weeks and reused the same towel. I do not recommend
M	Marc G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel room was very dirty upon arrival and didn’t get new towels or new bedding or any cleaning services until 8 days past. There’s a sign in the room that says to be eco friendly they replace towels every 3 days … I waited 8 and no one even tried to knock on my door. When I called the front desk that tall looking manager refused to bring any towels up and demanded I come down from the last floor if I needed any. Very Poor service.
J	Jess Hall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a king size bed and it was comfortable as well as my pillows. If you love dogs this is the place. They allow animals and the front desk has this cute pug. It's the best thing in the morning when you need your day brightened up. There is a nice pub attached to the hotel, on the second floor. Staff is friendly and parking is decent. I was disappointed about NOT having a bath tub or a microwave in my room. I really wish the pool was open but FK covid.. PS. Don't go down town after 5pm on foot by yourself. It can be a sketchy area.
