Their staff (Jessy Gallant) at the Ottawa (Montreal Road) are extremely professional and always so helpful and courteous. They always go above and beyond. The service was beautiful and well set up. Patrice did a great job and I called him yesterday to thank him for all he did for us. We really liked the priest and he gave us a great mass. We were happy that the priest came to the cemetery as well. The only thing we were disappointed with, is the webcast. We had a "montage" of picture of the deceased and no one was able to see it from their computers. Also the camera was not situated properly.
