★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible; it was a nightmare this winter with this company.
They never came before 8 am and probably not even every time it snowed; our garage exit was always full of snow and many landlords got stuck on the ramp to the street many times on their way to work. They only started removing the snow at the entrance of the building end of January but we still had to pay the very expensive contract in full.
