Pas même 1 an après la restauration d'un pavé en pierre, une zone à réparer semble encore pire et même à plus grande échelle qu'avant leurs travaux. Désormais, le propriétaire de SMR ne prend même plus la peine de venir vérifier le problème, il ne répond ni aux appels téléphoniques ni aux courriels car je lui ai demandé à plusieurs reprises de venir vérifier ce qu'ils faisaient. Veuillez dépenser votre argent avec de vrais professionnels. Quelqu'un avec de l'éthique. Not at all recommendable. Terrible job and worse customer service. Je les recommande. I ordered soil for the lawn. Very beautiful land without weeds or twigs or other. Very good customer service as well. I recommend them.

Avec SMR j'ai eu ma terrasse rapidement, ils ont trouvé le pavé alors que l'autre n'en trouvaient plus, l'équipe est le fun et ils laissent tout propre en partant... Très satisfaite. Great service. I did business with them for a paving stone patio after many delays with another company. With SMR I had my terrace quickly, they found the pavement while the other could not find any, the team is fun and they leave everything clean when leaving ... Very satisfied.

Fini de courir apres eux. !!! I do not recommend this company, 1st appointment canceled, 2nd did not even come without notifying, 3rd came to take action...and never heard from them since... No more running after them. !!!

Si jai pris un deneigeur, ce n'est pas pour enlever la neige moi-meme. Good service, but the only inconvenience is that the snow is blown directly into my passage that I pelt to go to my front door. If I took a snowplow, it's not to remove the snow myself.

La qualité de la job est exécrable et qu'à moitié faite. Et lorsque tu appelles pour te plaindre d'une situation, tu te fais raccrocher le téléphone au nez par le propriétaire ou la personne en charge. Vraiment une compagnie archi nulle. Je ne l'a recommande pas du tout a moins que vous soyez une personne qui ne tient pas a une job bien faite. The operators do not respect the contract by passing when necessary, but only when it suits them. The quality of the job is terrible and only half done. And when you call to complain about a situation, you get the phone hung up on you by the owner or the person in charge. Truly a lousy company. I wouldn't recommend it at all unless you're someone who doesn't care about a job well done.
