★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service horrible. Aussi tôt que l'achat est complété, la propriétaire se fou de vous. Elle s'est même écrit un review de 5 étoiles en disant que l'endroit est humain et que le service est bon, mais c'est des pures menteries. Le moindre commentaire constructif est revirer dans votre visage, et n'oser surtout pas exprimer votre mécontentement, car c'est tout simplement de votre faute...
 Terrible service. As soon as the purchase is complete, the owner will laugh at you. She even wrote herself a 5 star review saying that the place is human and the service is good, but that's pure lies. The slightest constructive comment is to turn back in your face, and above all do not dare to express your dissatisfaction, because it is quite simply your fault ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais service (sauf à l'achat). Au final, robe mal ajustée avec des défauts dedans qui n'ont pas été corrigés malgré qu'il s'agissait de l'achat d'une robe neuve. Je ne sais pas comment le magasin a pu ajuster ma robe puisque lorsque je suis retournée pour la montrée a ma mère, celle-ci a par erreur enlevée les marques de mesures. La proprio se foutais de nous et nous aidait pas malgré qu'il n'y avait pas d'autres clients. Donc c'est ma mère qui avait tentée de me l'attacher. Bref, le magasin a fait des modifications sur la robe malgré qu'il n'y avait plus de marque pour les ajustements. Je l'ai prise quand même car j'étais vraiment écoeurer de cette place apres un automne complet de mauvais service et parce que ma robe était déjà payée... Moment très cocace: losque jai quittée le magasin fachée du service avec ma robe, la proprio disait que c'était pas elle qui m'avait vendue cette robe, qu'elle ne m'avait pas vu a l'achat et quelle aurait pu me mettre en garde sur certains aspect de cette robe..... elle a restée très surprise quand elle a vu le coupon de caisse d'achat avec son écriture dessus!!! Bref.. tout pour vendre et rien pour satisfaire les clients.
Very poor service (except for purchase). In the end, an ill-fitting dress with flaws in it that were not corrected despite the fact that it was the purchase of a new dress. I don't know how the store adjusted my dress since when I returned to show it to my mother, she mistakenly removed the measurement marks. The owner was laughing at us and not helping us even though there were no other clients. So it was my mother who tried to tie him up to me. In short, the store made changes to the dress despite the fact that there was no longer a mark for the adjustments. I took it anyway because I was really sick of this place after a complete fall of bad service and because my dress was already paid ... Very cocaceous moment: when I left the store angry with the service with my dress, the owner said that it was not her who had sold me this dress, that she had not seen me when I bought it and she could have warned me about certain aspects of this dress ..... she was very surprised when she saw the purchase receipt with his writing on it !!! In short ... everything to sell and nothing to satisfy customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très difficile d avoir des réponses pour prendre rendez-vous. On écrit ppur avoir un rendez-vous et ils vous donnent une réponse 1 semaine plus tard.Finalement on donne un rendez-vous, mais le magasin est fermé.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really not happy with the service at all. My tux was falling apart during the ceremony. My vests button fell off. After that a few buttons from my shirt because they were all very poorly sewn on. The clip on my pants as well. The soles of my shoes had been glued and so after about 3 hours of use the soles were falling off. Really not enjoyable when you are in the wedding party and trying to enjoy the time & this happens. When I asked for a refund when returning the tux I was given a lot of attitude and told no right away without any consideration because "everything was fine when you left here". Very cheap and very poor service. HIGHLY suggest going someplace else.
