Je voulais une robe de mariée simple, mais détaillée, confectionnée avec amour et délicatesse. Tels étaient mes seuls critères. Amélie aime ses robes, pour moi elle ne travaille pas, en tant que cliente, je me suis plutôt sentie chanceuse de faire partie de son art. C'est une chance inouïe d'avoir fait sa connaissance et d'avoir porté une de ses créations. Elle est talentueuse, dévouée et minutieuse dans sa passion. En prime, elle est gentille et compréhensible. Si vous êtes chanceuse comme moi, votre destinée de mariée croisera les doigts artistiques d'Amélie. Notre mariage en plein Covid était simplement sublime, tout le monde a adoré ma robe et a trouvé qu'elle était à mon image, élégante. Je crois réellement que la qualité des tissus, la qualité du travail a contribué à embellir notre mariage. Un grand merci à toi Amélie et je suis ravie qu'elle sera réutilisée car en plus , c'est une robe à 2 morceaux qu'on peut facilement reporter avec d'autres pièces. J'ai déjà hâte! Bonne chance dans votre quête de robe de mariée! I don't know if my words will be enough to describe the grace and beauty of Amélie's work. I wanted a simple, yet detailed wedding dress, made with love and delicacy. These were my only criteria. Amélie loves her dresses, for me she does not work, as a client, I felt rather lucky to be part of her art. It is an incredible chance to have met her and to have worn one of her creations. She is talented, dedicated and meticulous in her passion. As a bonus, she is kind and understandable. If you are lucky like me, your married destiny will cross Amélie's artistic fingers. Our wedding in the middle of Covid was simply sublime, everyone loved my dress and found it to be in my image, elegant. I really believe that the quality of the fabrics, the quality of the workmanship has helped to embellish our marriage. A big thank you to you Amélie and I am delighted that it will be reused because in addition, it is a 2 piece dress that can easily be carried over with other pieces. I can't wait! She was able to listen to me and immediately visualize what I wanted as a wedding dress. She is also for me the only seamstress in Montreal to offer such bohemian and elegant dresses. We decided to get married six weeks before our date and I was worried I wouldn't find anything I liked. Amelie is such an amazing and talented seamstress and was able to create exactly what I wanted in such a quick turnaround (3-4 weeks!) My experience with her was always pleasant and she was never pushy when it came to any decisions being made during the process. In fact, she offered alternatives and was able to work within my budget by offering other material that would essential re-create the same look. The consultation visit involved trying on the different tops and bottoms to help decide what style dress you're looking for. I knew I wanted the jupe oiseau de paradis, but was uncertain with the top. With no hesitation at all, Amelie created two different style tops to try during our first fitting and I was able to make any final decisions from there with the top cassiopee. She even made a matching face mask. With every fitting that followed ( there were 3 in total), Amelie was careful to make sure everything was perfect. By visit 3, the dress is yours and you take it home. There's even a nice finished touch but I won't spoil that surprise for you! Communication was very quick as Amelie always replied within the same day. She was willing to be flexible with her schedule to work with yours when it came to follow-up appointments. Payment for the dress was also made in 3 instalments, and she accepts e-transfer. Merci beaucoup Amelie pour avoir creer ma robe entierement personnaliser! I highly recommend Robelie if you're dress shopping in Montreal and want to support local!
