From my initial point of contact they were responsive, professional and wonderful to deal with. Twice during my ownership, I have had ice damage issues (my fault, not theirs!) and in both cases the RJ team was really quick to get me replacements delivered and help install - even though my cottage is 3 hours away from their office and outside their 'normal' territory. I chose them because of the quality of their product and their customer service and they've exceeded my expectations consistently. I'd highly recommend them for a dock or rail!

Craig is an unbelievable sales rep to deal with, but his after-sales responsiveness and attention has been even more impressive. Every crew that came out as part of the delivery and install have been such a pleasure to deal with and so good at what they do. There wouldn’t be a second thought to calling Craig and using R&J for anything else dock or boat-lift related in the future. Worth every penny we spent and our finished product is absolutely spectacular!

I totally recommend checking out R&J Machine if you're shopping for a flagpole for your property - there really is no comparison.
