The employees here are extremely friendly and I learned a great deal under my boss at my time here. I would definitely recommend this company as it is one of the most successful outdoor sporting stores.

Called Savage and within 2 minutes, our phone conversation had ended and a new mag is being shipped to my door! More establishments should conduct business the way Savage does. This is my first ever Google review and If 10 stars was an option, they would get it. Next rifle will be a savage!!

I contacted local Savage representative and was given link on how to return my Stevens 555 over/under for repairs. I returned my shotgun for warranty repair on July 16th 2019 and after numerous text messages to rep and e-mails to repair depot Grech Outdoors in Ontario I find out that they shipped it to Savage for evaluation on Aug 23rd and no ETA on repair status. I continued to send text messages and email follow ups and if I received any response it was less than informative and received a replacement shotgun on Tuesday of last week as they were not able to repair mine and they did not even call me or provide me with a tracking number . This is going on 4 months and they also did not replace my shotgun with the same engraving that I had on mine and I am less than happy about my experience. I messaged rep about the problem and he supposedly followed up with Savage and they are not willing to provide me with an equivalent replacement to match my initial purchase with engraving. Frustrating as hell. Please feel free to share with everyone

I have a few savage firearms and if I ever have an issue (only one and it was small) they take care of it immediately. Highly recommend them
J	Jack McLellan, CH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They can’t even secure their arms transport at a crucial time in Canada. Who would anyone buy a firearm from them when it might blow up or give you an IAS when you need it least. Savage will never get my business again or any other trucker that I know.
M	Mandy JOhnson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a brand new Stevens shotgun for work and first test firing and the breech kept opening. Sent it to them for repairs asap as had to leave for work. They repaired it and said it would be sent back immediately (I sent it ups) they sent it back to me Canada post ( they said that ups wouldn't ship firearms) knowing it had to be back in 4 days. They didn't even contact me to see if I wanted to pay to have it sent expedited. Now I have to go buy another gun and hope I can sell this one when it finally gets back here.
