★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used R&B Trucking to move 26 pallets of freight as a one-time customer and found them to be professional and prompt. They were patient with us loading the truck in less than ideal condition and were very helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience with the scheduling staff at R&B Trucking. There was nearly no attention to customer service and the staff I spoke with was offensive. On my initial call, I had provided all my particulars, but did not have the order number at the time, so the scheduler informed me that there was no way for him to find my item unless I had the order number; it seemed a little strange if not unconventional that they could not search for my item by using my name, address, or phone number, but I was ok with that. I then called back with the order number, and was promptly told that he could not find my item, even though the company where I made my purchase had also called and received confirmation that my item was ready for delivery; I just needed to call R&B to confirm a delivery date. So, I called R&B again and informed that my item was not in their warehouse. Well, this maddening cycle of phone calls between the two companies went on for several more calls before I escalated it up to senior staff of where I had made my purchase. Finally within a day, my order arrived and left at the side of my house. There was no confirmation of when I'd be available to receive it. I've now been informed that the large company that was using R&B trucking to deliver their products has dropped R&B, who will no longer be making their deliveries. I for one am happy with that decision.
