★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a 1977 boler about 11 years ago and did not receive the ownership at time of purchase. I have also lost the bill of sale. I was informed by Service Ontario that I would need to contact an RV dealer to verify the VIN/serial number of the camper. I contacted Marc at Quinte RV and without hesitation he assisted me with a letter stating what the VIN/serial number was. Greatly appreciated, without this I would have not been able to obtain an ownership and plates for the camper. Great customer service, will be dealing with these guys for any future camper needs I have. Thanks again

We had excellent customer service from the time we started looking at 5th wheels to the time we hooked up and drove home. All employees were very helpful, informative and thorough for our travelling needs. We highly recommend Quinte RV for your RV purchases and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought our trailer a couple of years ago. It has been great. Had a couple of minor issues which were fixed right away. We had an issue with our slide and because of Covid couldn't get parts right away. Doug the head mechanic showed us how to work around the issue and even gave us one of his personal parts from home to get us through. Now it is fixed. Service department is awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star 2018 review EDIT: BAYVIEW RV WAS GREAT.... but they are no longer the same company. I called the same number but was told by the new company (Quinte RV) that they do not service Prowler so they can't help us. No further information. After spending $45k on a trailer less than a yr ago and now no help.
And after researching, I don't know how we can get assistance with our new issue. We got no notification that the business was changing and where to go.
While they say this is a totally different company BUT their ethics seem off to me, giving us no help, when they kept the same number, same website and same google page.
We will no longer give our business to Bayview Auto OR Quinte RV.
5 star 2017 Review: Great prices and amazing selection with helpful and very friendly staff.
Addition:
We had an issue with the trailer BBQ so they sent a tech to our home to repair right away. Tech was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Fixed the issue.
We would buy from them again, in a heartbeat! ??
