★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love living in Kenron. Friendly people and great activities. You are a part owner of the land with all tenants therefore making taxes very affordable but still own your home.

Although I do frown on the management and how it has changed over the years. They can be difficult to work with. You own the home but you do not own the land it sits on. Keep that in mind and pay attention to the fine print in your lease agreement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great place alright, affordable and clean, but can NOT agree that it is a quiet place, being right next to the military training airport with the planes too often zooming right over the roofs, even as late as past midnight at times instead of sticking to the path of the runway behind the park. I wish the management would make an effort to bring that to the attention of the feds in Ottawa. Yes, its a training airport, and they were here first, but how difficult is it to at least stop flying over the roofs after 11 pm? Not to mention the extremely loud horn tooting of the trains, day and night that also could be reduced I believe if an official request would be proposed. It's been done in other areas.
