About Quilters Haven
Heather and Arlyce joined together using their years of office management, retail sales, computer, sewing and quilting skills to develop Quilters Haven into an amazing place (haven) for quilters to shop, meet and share ideas.
They started in November of 2005 on the Historical ST. E in Moose Jaw. In October of 2011, they moved to Main St’s business district, into a space of 2400 sq ft! They offer a large selection of quilting cottons, batiks, flannelettes, minkies, wide backwrap as well as kits, books, patterns, quilting and sowing notions.
Classes from beginner to advanced are also offered which include the teaching of a large variety of techniques.
We also boast a wonderful staff; Lesli, Adrienne, Cathy and Connie who are always ready to help customers with their quilting projects!
Since we’re all about learning new things and having fun at the same time, you’ll find the Quilters Haven staff always smiling and laughing. A group of volunteer ladies, Haven’s Quilting Angels, meet Tuesday afternoon to make “Hug Quilts” for kids (big and small) that need one. We’ve started a “Quilters Boutique”, selling off some of our store samples at very reasonable prices as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went to this fabric store to ask about curtain material. I have very little knowledge about sewing, and requested a simple curtain design. The older lady clerk told me to try two Regina stores , or Giant Tiger; because their store had no fabric for curtains!!!! WOW I won't spend a dime in that place!!
