They have thread, zipper, elastics, buttons ..... and especially textile for decoration projects. Totally agree. The service is cold.

Les 4 fois (sur 3ans) pour la même chose une coupe de toile pour fenêtre .
Aujourd'hui j'ai payé près du double que y'a 3ans et en plus la facture au final est plus élevé que convenu lors de l'appel reçu suite à l'évaluation!
Donc fini pour moi j'irai ailleurs la prochaine fois.
It was the 4th and last time I went there.
The 4 times (over 3 years) for the same thing a cut of canvas for window.
Today I paid almost twice as much as 3 years ago and in addition the bill in the end is higher than agreed upon the call received following the evaluation!
So finished for me I will go elsewhere next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis allée à quelques reprises chez Textiles Jacques par le passé et le service était excellent. Malheureusement, probablement dû à un manque de personnel, le magasin n'est pratiquement jamais ouvert. Alors, je me tourne vers d'autres endroits pour faire mes achats. Dommage.
I have been to Textiles Jacques a few times in the past and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, probably due to a lack of staff, the store is hardly ever open. So, I turn to other places to do my shopping. Pity.
