★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My phone was not charging and I suspected it might have been the charger that was the issue. Found this place on google and I figured I’d drop by. Upon explaining to them the issue, the main guy that fixes phones there told me that my phone needs cleaning by taking one look at it and it would be a $25 charge. I told him I don’t believe that’s the issue because the charger fits flush into the port.
I’ve had my port cleaned a few times because of excess lint build up so I knew from the get go that was not the issue. I even took a look at the port itself and it did not look as though there was anything hindering the connection. I asked for a charger to check to see if that was the issue. The guy told me he fixes phones for a living so he knows by just looking at it that it needs cleaning and a charger won’t fix the issue. He finally gave me a charger to test out the port and the phone charged just fine. The charger was the issue after all.
I will not be going back here for sure due to the pushy sales tactics and the lack of professionalism the way I was dealt with . If a charger is all you need, drop by. But if you need service to your phone I would not recommend here.
