Absolutely HORRIBLE service . You pay to get your vehicle fixed then the part you had fixed blows up as the mechanic is backing the truck up and there isn't anything then can do . No warranty, No care , No clue . Would never take anything I own there ever again

Had an emergency repair on my mothers van, her power steering fluid was leaking badly on her way into visit us. I called and talked to Micheal, I was pretty desperate and he got me in asap. He called shortly after noon with an estimate that I approved. He called later to let me know it was ready and that the bill was cheaper than quoted. Very impressed. Picked up the vehicle, no issues.

I am moving from AK to AZ, 8/28/21-9/4/21, 2 vehicles, 2 adults, 1 child, 4 cats. In Tok, AK I realized the A/c wasn’t working properly in my 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche. I decided to try and figure the problem out on my own along the way to AZ because I had the system serviced in Anchorage before leaving (a $600-$700 service bill) I did research and some troubleshooting with mechanic friends. I have my tools with me and I’ve watched/read a lot about vehicle AC units. From the troubleshooting, we came to the conclusion that it was either a fuse or a leak. Checked the fuses, they worked. Looked at the system, the high pressure valve was covered in AC and green dye (see picture). I found the leak, (it was very obvious) I tightened the bolt, I got refrigerant and proceeded to educate myself on how to recharge the system….. I tried in Fort Nelson and the AC clutch would never engage…. We decided to push forward to a larger city to try and be seen by someone sooner. We get to our hotel in Grande Prairie and my first goal is to find a mechanic. This shop was the second shop I called. I told him the problem. He walked me through the fix but the clutch still wasn’t engaging. He said that he could look at it the next morning! I was so happy, I dropped it off right away. ( the shop wait in Anchorage was 3 weeks) The owner was able to look at it the same day I dropped it off, and was able to get the AC clutch to engage and fill the remaining refrigerant into the AC system!!! He was really our savior for this trip and we are able to get back onto the road as scheduled! The owner offered me help over the phone to avoid a shop entirely (for the simple fix), he was very nice, very reasonable costs. Overall great experience! If I lived in town I would be sticking with this shop. I cannot thank him enough for the help.
