★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s built on a swamp. The fences shift and fall down and the skirting on the trailers shifts and breaks. The backyards flood every time it rains as the lots are not properly sloped. The water main breaks on a yearly basis causing large sections of the road to be torn up. Snow usually gets cleared twice per winter. Management/ownership is notoriously unhelpful and cheap. But it is quiet and there was never any crime when I lived there. There is a nice green space. Would not buy a house here again but might rent here in a pinch.
