If you’re looking for a place to get your vehicle repaired this is the place to go to. The rates are very competitive and you can’t beat their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a friendly place!! They were fast too! I am extremely happy with the work I had done on my vehicle recently. Right from the moment I walked in for the quote to picking up my completed vehicle; it was cleaner than when I dropped it off both Inside and out!! I'm shocked and thrilled of course! This team went far above and beyond. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone in need!! Just WOW! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Car was fixed way far from the expected date because of some parts missing and due to Covid but the shop is so awesome that they were able to find a way to give me back my car though they are still waiting for the missing parts (it's just a cover or something so they just fixed the old one) they just asked me to come back if they receive it, Very accomodating staff, Cindy helped me a lot with all my inquiries, approachable and very professional to deal with. The guy who put up the missing cover is so helpful, I asked him if he can do something for the little piece of accessory that was not properly attached and without any hesitation he told me that he can actually fix it and drive my car on the shop and after a few minutes it's done. Thank you fix auto grande prairie, keep up and More blessing on your team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Missed doing work on quote, no or missed quality control checks when they told me vehicle ready to pick up (rear hatch didn’t close, tape residue over freshly painted bumper). Poor quality of work (body filler spilled over rim and tire), paint work poor quality. When some issues brought up not overly helpful. Would not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got rear ended and my car needed repairs. My insurance company actually suggested fix auto. They were amazing! Cindy was super friendly and the got the parts ordered for me and set everything up! Car looks brand new again and they cleaned it inside and out! And they were fast! Only took 2 days to get the work done. Totally exceeded expectations. Will definitely use them in the future if I need any work on my car! Thanks guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was highly recommended to me and now I'm not sure why. I took my vehicle in with quite a bit of front end damage. A month and a half later, I finally get it back after waiting on basic pieces for my very common vehicle.. first thing I notice, the engine light is still on.. so I take it back and after an hour, I was told it could be this issue, or this issue, or this.. nothing that could be done though. Although prior to the accident, my engine was fine?? Whatever, I left. I also noticed the SIM card for my dash cam was also missing, I also asked them about it because I understand some things they might not want recorded in the shop, fine.. but of course they denied having anything to do with my stolen SIM card. Fine. And THEN, my battery is dead. They admitted to killing the battery while working on my FRONT END. But after I returned with a reciept for having to purchase a new battery THEY KILLED, I was then told it probably had issues before going into the shop.. all in all, I wouldn't ever recommend these guys to anyone. My vehicle is actually now not even usable because of whatever is wrong with the engine. It continued to get worse and worse after leaving this shop that "couldn't" do anything about it. Thanks guys..
