I visited Quick Parts for the first time today, as I was looking for an alloy rim for my 2009 Nissan Xterra. They were very helpful, and negotiated fairly. The best part... I didn't have to go and pick the part off of a vehicle in the yard. I called ahead, and they picked the part for me. Friendly & helpful staff. Will keep Quick Parts in my Bookmarks for future vehicle parts needs.

These guys sell you damage parts and they will rip you off as much as they can. Owner is absolutely rude and doesn’t even know how to speak to people. Horrible place

*FINAL UPDATE 5/25/2020: COMPLETELY BLEW ME OFF. THIS COMPANY IS ALL ABOUT GREED AND WON'T CARE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE SENDING ME A DAMAGED PART WITH RUST* DO NOT SHOP FROM QUICKPARTS LTD. Most of there reviews are likely fabricated to offset the bad ones. I am from The United States of America. It is very very rare for me to leave a 1 star review. I mostly leave 4 - 5 star reviews and seldom run into any issues with businesses. I was looking for a tailgate with this specific color code that was painted from factory. QUICKPARTSLTD had the part I needed. I spoke on the phone with Wahid last month. First he quoted me $300 CAD. I called back 3 days later and wanted to purchase and he ignored my phone call 4x because I was an international caller that showed up on his caller ID and the first during the first call he said was, "You are calling from very far away." When he finally picked up the 2nd time, he stated he wanted $350 CAD raising his price. Charged me $50 CAD on top for packaging it and another $20 CAD for international fees apparently. Prior to purchasing, he told me he won't send photos to me because the photos online is all he have and he told me there is nothing to worry about and that there is NO damages on the tailgate. No scratches or dents at all as well. I went ahead and purchased the tailgate and took his word and assumed he was being an honest business owner but later informed me that I had to set up my own shipping through FedEx and pay shipping separately. Upon receiving the tailgate, there was a rust spot the size of a nickel with a vertical dent below and next to the license plate location. Clearly the damage has been there for years if rust formed. Also has an unknown substance on the right side of the tailgate that won't come off easily with a gentle hand wash with car wash soap below the damage. I am unhappy and I feel that I got taken advantage of. It seems as if they made it really dusty and dirty where the damage is located to cover damages. If you view the photos, the left side of the tailgate was just kinda dusty. I contacted him today about the issue with the prior damage and he insisted to still tell me there is no damage before shipping it and to place a call him with him tomorrow on 04/09/2020. He agreed to have me text him photos in the mean time. I tried calling and texting him 5x and ignored all of my phone calls. No response as always after I sent him the photos. Just like after I purchased the tailgate, he was very unresponsive to my questions in regards to shipping details with dimensions of package so I can list and create a shipping label. To include, for him being a business owner, he was supposed to make contact with Fedex to arrange pick up time and pick up directions and he failed to do that. I had to call FedEX and explain to them that he is not doing his job and to give me authorization to fill that portion out. I will keep this rating as 1-STAR until he gives me a refund or fix my tailgate. I will update this review if his customer service is better and prove to me he wasn't scamming me and I will give this company a slightly better rating if he actually cares and decides to respond to addressing this problem. 1st Update: It has been over a week and currently they are ignoring my phone calls, emails and text messages with photos I sent to them with the damages. The website Car-Part.com, he listed the GRADE of the part A0. Meaning GRADE A, 0 damage. I included it in this review. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere! Anything but this company. To my experience, he is trying to scam me over a few hundred dollars, then this post will surely make them lose thousands in sales in the future. 2nd Update: They stated they are only willing to give me $100 partial refund for the $600 in damages the part had before shipping out to me. They sent me the partial refund WITHOUT my approval. I want a full refund.

This is not a bad place if you’re in need of a part for your vehicle but do not expect it to be cheap. They have inventory for newer cars but do your research first and do some cold calling because they might charge you higher than dealership pricing, at least that was my experience. The only reason why I’m not going lower than 3 stars is because the customer I received when I was in the lot was absolutely phenomenal, the people behind the counters are the problematic ones. If you’re in a bind then there’s a chance they’ll have the part but be prepared to pay the price

Great service! I called in and spoke to the guys about my GL. Came in the next day and my parts weren’t pulled. At first I was irritated because they said they would have it ready. Then the inventory person Yash, got up from being busy and took it upon himself to pull my parts himself, he was kind and extremely efficient! I recommend speaking with him directly in order for your parts to be ready. I got an amazing deal from the office guys and I’m happy with my experience! Thank you QuickParts!

A little bit of a rocky start for my first visit, but as our interaction progressed it got a lot better. Set out looking for parts for my 2013 Fusion, fairly hard to find, as I needed parts for the passenger front area, and it seems as though everyone damages the same part of their Fusion. Found QuickParts to have a good selection of everything, especially my Fusion, as they had all the parts I've been looking for over the last year. Customer service was ok, owner seemed to know what he was talking about, but other staff didn't seem to have their ducks in a row. From my first call to my last visit, the parts I was looking for changed from one colour to another, first it was all from one car, then it changed to two different cars with two different colours, and then ended with parts from two different companies, with two different colored cars. HOWEVER, no biggie, purchased a hood, fender, front bumper, and headlight for $1,450. I'm happy, it ended on a good note, got my parts and will forsure come back for more. Would recommend, due to selection and reasonable prices. THANKS GUYS!

Super friendly and professional staff. I needed a climate control panel for my Mercedes. Although I called in pretty late to the closing time, they waited 30-40 mins for me AFTER their closing time to come pick up the panel. They were so thoughtful and also stayed with me during installation. They even called after to check if my climate control panel was working perfectly. I will definitely recommend them.
