★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most impersonal and messy haircut I got in Toronto so far. Zero attention to detail, I went back home to finish my hair myself. Only good thing about this store was the receptionist.
Go there if you need a quick haircut. Don't let the young dude cut your hair. This is a more accurate review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved to Toronto a little over a year ago, tried about 5 barber shops in the area. This one is by far the best, great cuts, great barber's, fun environment. Great place to get a cut and have a laugh. Lauren did a fantastic job on my haircut and intend in continuing to have her tend to my haircut needs as it is the best haircut I've had in recent history. Thanks Queen west barbers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place to get a cut along Queen Street. They do walk ups only, so you might need to wait a bit on a busy day but it's worth the wait. The barbers do a great job and the place has a very chill vibe while you wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Queen West barber for about 3-4 years, service was great for ages (5stars), but I've noticed since after reopening, the quality/consistency has declined.
The last two times I went to get my haircut, I booked specifically with one person cause I'd had some concerns about the quality of cuts I've received previously from other people (not Lauren, she's great). The first time, one of their friends came in and they asked if I'd be willing to go to with someone else. The second time he straight was doing something else. Again, went with someone else. The results weren't up to par.
The last straw was when I was out after my last hair cut, a friend told me that one whole side of the back of my head was noticeably longer than the other. That was embarrassing.
I appreciate that operating a barbershop during Covid has been challenging, but between the service quality decline, increase in price (what used to be a $45 cut incl. tip is now usually around $60)... decided to jump ship somewhere else where I can get a consistent quality of service and haircut.
