Queen Laser’s ratings and reviews are all 5 stars and I came to the business thinking I was going to get a similar experience, but unfortunately I didn’t. I booked to see Fatemeh for hair laser removal over the phone. When I arrived for my appointment, I ended up waiting around 30mins only to find out that she forgot to pencil me in the time I booked. So she booked me another appointment and told me to come back another day. Fatemeh told me she won’t charge for the next session to make up for the mistake, but I was planning to pay her anyway. I understand that mistakes happen so I tried to be accommodating. Fatemeh texted me the night before my appointment at 10pm/11pm asking me to come 45mins earlier for my appointment. When I showed up for my appointment the next day, she was 20 mins late and I was her first client. I don’t understand why she asked me to come earlier if she was going to be late anyway. But again I tried to be understanding and paid for my session. After the session was done, she pre-booked me for my next appointment. When I showed up for that appointment, Fatemeh wasn’t there. 10-15 mins later, she called me saying she won’t make it to the appointment cuz she was stopped by the cops on the road. So I left the salon. As I was driving home, Fatemeh called me and asked me if I could come to see her in a hour. I was a little disappointed at this point cuz I can’t just drop my plans to accommodate her everytime. My time is important too. So I didn’t make it. I wish it ended there, but stupid me texted her a couple weeks after to give her business another shot. I didn’t get a response from her. Looks like I won’t be getting a response at all. I have been patient and kind to this woman even after she had been unorganized, inconsiderate, and wasted my time. Considering her maturity and education, I expected more accountability and integrity. No business is perfect, but to think that I’m a new client and she dealt with me unprofessionally multiple times is not acceptable. So that explains my 1 star rating.

Very much recommended service. Fatemeh is a very professional laser technician. I came here twice n could see the effect clearly already. And also with a quite competitive price.

Skintype: fair Hair color: black I have been to few different places for laser hair removal and this is the only place that hair never grew back. (I have PCOS so I have pretty thick hair) I did few sessions on brazilian and under arm. I hardly see any hair on my underarm area now. There are few patches on my bikini area that are completely hairless. I booked for lower legs as well since the results are great. I would definitely recommend!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND* This is my very first laser hair removal experience and Fatemah made me feel extremely comfortable. I didn't know what to expect and was a little bit concern about the pain. However, Fatemah explained the process to me thoroughly and she set my expectations from the get go. I felt at ease throughout the whole process and the pain? It was MINIMAL (maybe a 2/10 at MOST)! Fatemah's clinic is super clean and I thought the appointment booking system was super easy and efficient. I am two weeks and I am already noticing results - cannot wait to see the final results after a few more sessions. THANK YOU FATEMAH!!

I have been coming to Queen laser for laser hair removal for over a year. Fatima is always very professional and excellent at her job! She ensures that her clients are always comfortable and provides very effective service. I have seen a huge difference in my laser treatment even just after the first few sessions. I would highly recommend this salon as the service is great quality and the prices are affordable!

Fatemeh is amazing! I've gone for laser and lately microdermabrasion. She is a wealth of information, her space is so clean and her treatments are quality! I have been recommending this place for my friends to go to. You won't be disappointed.
