★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hardly a "rose garden" as described by the lovely plaque mounted on the big rock beside it. From what I can see, there is only one rather sad rose bush.
This garden was presented to the City of Toronto by the Monarchist League of Canada, Toronto Branch in 1977.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing and beautiful garden near Celebration Square. This place is perfect to walk for a little bit or read a good book.
Outside of the garden there's a Canadian wall of fame among another interesting places like a Gallery art museum, a big fountain and a library.
During the spring or summer is the best time to visit this beautiful place
