★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATTENTION les délais entre la commande et la réception sont énormes. J'ai commandé 2 planches le 20 février et j'ai reçu un message le 5 mai seulement pour dire que je ne recevrai pas les planches avant la mi-juin.
Cette compagnie qui importe ses planches de Chine ne semble avoir prévu les délais de livraisons malgré deux ans de pandémi. Aucun avertissement à l'avance ni au moment de la vente ni après.
Après m'être plaint au service à la clientèle (qui je dois avouer au moins répond), ils ont annulé ma commande sans me demander ou valider que c'est ce que je souhaitais vraiment faire.
Énormément déçu.
PLEASE NOTE the delays between the order and the reception are enormous. I ordered 2 boards on February 20 and received a message on May 5 only to say that I will not receive the boards until mid-June.
This company, which imports its boards from China, does not seem to have anticipated delivery times despite two years of pandemic. No warning in advance either at the time of the sale or after.
After complaining to customer service (which I must admit at least answers), they canceled my order without asking me or confirming that this is what I really wanted to do.
Hugely disappointed.
