★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never lived somewhere that it felt like no one cared.
We had issues one night because the security door to building wouldn’t latch we had called after hours they didn’t call anyone out. Next day they “ fixed it” lasted 2 days. We called after hours again and they sent someone out. Again fix lasted jus a few days. They never replaced anything just made the latch work and last a little longer.
We also were told at move in we could have a portable dishwasher just when we got it let them know we had it. So we recently purchased one I called to let them know and was told nope we can’t have it because recently someone had one it leaked, so management decided no more. The lease states you can’t have it unless you have it in writing. And when I brought my concern up they threw that in my face. I wouldn’t expect Jen I signed a lease I was dealing with a liar.
Once you sign your lease they no longer care.
No hello no nothing when hey see you. And good luck getting any kind of service or maint

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst maintenance,, they can not even fix any urgent problem within 24 hours.. can not recommend this place for a long term rental. Total sucks.. People choose these type of Rental company over private rental for quality and 24 / 7 maintenance. It sucks.. don't deserve a star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ honestly terrible. paper thin walls. you are basically gambling as to whether or not you will have loud neighbours, and with the kinds of people who are renting here (typically university students), you are probably gonna hear noise late at night. i have heard the same complaint from 3 other people i know living in the complex (all of who live/lived in different buildings). if you want peace of mind, find somewhere else to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff of south location is non cooperative and they even do not listen a single thing of customer. They dont provide facilities and qlso have broken and ugly appartments. They also even din not return security and ask more like they are dimanding more than 1500 without any reason. Do not take appartments there and do not reffer to anyone. This is totally waste of money and staff also dont know how to talk with someone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad experience with boardwalk, i lived there for two years and they have old furniture we submitted the complaint about broken kitchen stuff but the staff is very irresponsible and non cooperative. when we leaved the apartment they charged 2100 and when we were trying to talk they are not listening. Mostly the staff of south location. the staff don’t know how to talk they only show aggressiveness and don’t accept their own mistake. please do not take apartment with boardwalk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mallary and her staff (Raymond, Stephen, Kelsey and everyone else I forgot…sorry!) are well above and beyond exemplary in regard to providing service to their tenants along each step; from move in, maintenance response times, communication, accommodating requests and move out. Outstanding performances by really nice people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been living with boardwalk for around 7 years. Usually I do not review but when I see the service level and care of the people I feel obliged to appreciate.
The present management is awesome. They listen to you and try to accomodate you as much as possible. Regional Manager Mallory takes care her loyal customers and she make you feel as you are valuable tenant. She goes to help you above and beyond. The office staff is kind enough for example kelsy and Raymond have excellent services skills.
Whenever I requested maintenance, It is quick and efficient. The maintenance staff is courteous too. I would highly recommend boardwalk to my friend and family.
