★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery driver. Nice looking place on the inside, but treacherous property management for the roadway. All hard/solid snow is pushed to the side of the road from entrances instead of removed, and the sloped curve made entirely of ice will slide you right into it. No sand or such traction aid on the property.
I was coasting around the corner at 20kph when I clutched into gear, and that tiny bit of acceleration slid me 10 meters into a *solid* snow bank not even all the way off the road. Clear your properties -.-
As to the severity of the ice, the 4x4 F150 pulling me out struggled to even get any traction.
