★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great doctors, nice staff but the doctors are not punctual at all, they clearly do not care about patients time because you will have to wait at least 45 minutes after the scheduled time for your appointment to see the doctor. very unacceptable. If i had time for this, i would have booked my appointment for an hour after i actually booked it instead of sitting in the waiting room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand that in this time of the year they might be very busy. However, I wanted to book an appointment and I called many times in the morning. No one picked up the phone. Finally, I tried last time around 12 in the noon, and someone picked up the phone. I was told that I can book an appointment the next day and someone will call me and ask me questions through the phone but not in person. Later, I run into something that needs to be handled the next day and I called again to ask if I can cancel the appointment. I got no response and very quickly without a word the person hang up my call. I do not even know why.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The walk-in Doctors are unfriendly to patients. Last time I made appointment, but passed the time a long time, no any doctor called me. The second time, the similar situation is happened too, so I call the clinic to asked why doctor did not call me, then a call came, but the doctor didn’t have patience to listen to me, no advise, a few minutes the call is done. I spent a month to have two appointments, but nothing is solved...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice newly renovated location. Dr. Afam Nwalusi is a very knowledgeable man, he will ensure that you are properly cared and treated. He listens to his clients’ concerns and offers useful feedback.
Wait time in this clinic made the appointment system unnecessary. Every time seems like a walk-in, but that also means they are flexible if you happen to be late or need an emergency check-up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Nwalusi is the best doctor I have ever had. He cares for his patients and is super thorough. He listens and pays attention to the smallest details. His level of care is so rare and I'm extremely grateful to have found him as a doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst doctor ever Dr. Dirie and doesn't know how to talk to the patients. I had a last ever visit at this place today. Will never go to this doctor again. Don't waste your time with this doctor. Honestly, I will never ever suggest anyone to go to him because he always says I am not a specialist and would take your concern really lightly and will barely suggest anything. Also, his arragance is just unbearable. The way he talk to me today is unacceptable. He doesn't know how to deal with patients problems. A confused doctor

I was Dr. Nwalusis patient when he 1st set up practice at the University of Regina was one of the best Dr's I ever dealt with. I found him to be through and didn't push pills and he actually tool the time to listen and would refer you to specialists to get results. Now that he's leaving his practice in Regina it's a great loss as he was so amazing. All the best to you and your family in Edmonton.
