β β β β β QEW Contracting are basically good intentioned people but it was our experience that they were very disorganized, and for this reason they were unable to fulfill their contracted promises.
If you want your contract to be fulfilled in full than I would not recommend this company.
If I were to give an example from my own experience as per the contract, we signed we picked the product recommended by their salesman and we were highly specific about our choice of product. When the installation crew arrived at our door, they did not know what product and layout had been ordered and when we identified the product, they told us this product was not available and had not been available for three weeks.
We had placed our order five weeks earlier. The alternative products they suggested were lower cost products or the wrong colour. We decided to cancel our contract and told them we would write a review of our experience.
The owner kept using the argument of Covid-19 as an excuse. We hired QEW Contracting on May 5th, at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic so we believe they should have planned accordingly.
The owner called us back several times and threatened us with legal action if we wrote a negative review.
He than called us back an hour later to say they had found the product we ordered, (this means the product was in fact available.)
However, I informed him we had already hired another company, that had also quoted for this job.

β β β β β After multiple quotes and interviews with the most highly rated contractors, Savario was the only one who seem to understand our requirements and helped us achieve what we had in mind within our budgets. His team delivered on time, the job was finished in the time frame promised, quality is unmatched and end result beyond our expectations. Best of all, didn't have to worry about clean up. Every day we got home from work, it did not look like a messy construction site. His crew was even so careful as to replant the garden they had to move and made sure they kept the plants watered regularly so they didn't die. Customer service we received would get a 100 out of 10. Thank you for such an awesome job done Savario!

β β β β β I want to thank Saverio, Eliot & the rest of the team at qew contracting for the fantastic job that was done on our home! We did the entire first floor of the house, along with all the bathrooms upstairs and down. They finished 3 bathrooms within one week.. it was unbelievable! QEW was our 4th quote and to be honest was not the cheapest, but definitely the most professional by FAR! Will definately be using them again for my basement!!!!!!

β β β β β Eliot was quick to call and we booked an appt to have him see our job. He arrived a day early, not wearing a mask. Furthermore, when ball parking numbers costs etc. he exaggerated the square footage which my husband had measured and therefore corrected him on. He did impress us with his assessment of what needed to be done and how he was going to do the job. He promised a quote in several days. We waited and waited and are still waiting.... no response. What a waste of time!!!

β β β β β These guys just finished doing our kitchen, and we couldn't be happier! Eliot told us it would take just over 3 weeks to complete, but they ended up finishing the entire job in 18 days or so. Just Incredible! My sister and brother-in law are now using QEW to finish their basement.

β β β β β My wife has wanted to renovate our kitchen for almost 10 years now. It was quite a big step up for us as this was our very first major renovation done to the home. We spend a couple of months doing our research and requesting quotes from different companies. After receiving 5 VERY different quotes throughout the year, we decided to go ahead with qew contracting. They weren't the cheapest thats for sure... But we also had 2 companies price out the job much higher. No one was even close to QEW Contracting's predicted timeline. That's what stood out for me the most. EVERY other company said 4-6 weeks. Jescore was the only other company who said they can do it in 2-3 weeks, but their price really was something I could never justify unfortunately. Now- From start to finish, everything was taken care of in the most efficient way, with communication and customer service like no other. COMPLETED IN 2 WEEKS. Just unbelievable. Thank each and every one of you for making our dream kitchen turn into a reality! Excited to call you back for our bathroom this year! -Daniel & Lisa

β β β β β I just want to thank Saverio, Elliott and the crew (on behalf of my Husband and I) who worked on both our master ensuite bathroom, and our main floor powder room. We decided to completely gut both of them, and I must say we have 2 of the most stunning bathrooms I have ever seen. The guys completed both renovations within our timeline. They said 3 weeks as a worst case, and ended up finishing both bathrooms within 2 weeks simultaneously. Fantastic crew, fantastic company.
