Lived in saberwood house in heart lake Brampton...not a good feeling..the roads are too narrow..and the.house as such is of poor quality..overall I would not recommend

Unprofessional costumer service, bad building quality (bugs egg inside their wood!) and poor communication, offensive talking with customers via phone call. law suits to them and social media explosure is mandatory.

Be AWARE! Saberwood is very disgraceful and disgusting builder, the development project they built like piece of crab, poor quality issues with serious hidden risk. They had used CHEAP WOOD FLOORING material with BUG'S EGGS live in it, it happened to many of our clients and most of them had talked with me regarding this issue! we've sent a home warranty issue report to this company and haven’t get back their money compensated back for 2 years, make sure Be aware of this company, hard to communicate and unprofessional, never answer your questions and always hide themselves. I’ve associate a few home owners to file a formal complaint, will report and publish their cases online and let everyone see the true face of this organization. How dare this such company can stand for a business?!

Avoid buying from this builder at absolutely all cost! Terrible build quality and even worst costumer service. They will never fix any of your deficiencies and just give you the run around till the warranty is over and kick you to the curb, you literally have to chase them around for any kind of response. * Do your research before even thinking to buy, I wouldn’t recommend them and will definitely never buy from them ever again* Site supervisors and administrative staff are very unprofessional and not willing to help, they try to intimidate you. Worst home buyers experience.

If you could, avoid buying from this builder at all cost!!! This builder is not reliable. It cost home buyers money and time to fix the house! They took forever to return your request regarding home warranty claims. You will need to chase them literally everyday to have they response. We have to call them to change the flooring and fix the stairs... and there are leakage issue in the house!!! Please search online for reviews on redflagdeals and different platforms. Before you buy, do your research online.

Stay away from this builder. Please take the time to read below - I hope I can save you from the time, money, and headache that this builder has caused our family. You can see the other reviews that all have a very similar tone. This builder and most of its employees are extremely unprofessional (to put it nicely). From day 1 we have had issues with the house. Poor finishing throughout the house in nearly every room. For the past 2 years we have been attempting to get issues fixed - they take weeks, sometimes months to respond. And when they did send someone to "fix" the issue, it is not really fixed - rather they send unskilled labor who do a rush job. Most of the time the issue is worse than before. For example: from day 1 we have had issues with the floors in the entire house - squeaky, misaligned, scratched. After months of complaining they finally send someone, who does a job so poor that the floors are worse than before. They send someone again after months of complaining - again nothing is really fixed and things just get worse. This is only one issue of many. The supervisors that work for Saberwood are unbelievably rude and attempt to bully you. For example, when we submitted our warranty report to Tarion that showed all the issues we had, they basically gave us an ultimatum: drop the case with Tarion or else we will be forced to rush the fixes in your home. Essentially what they told us was that only if we give them more time than alotted by Tarion then they will fix our issues properly. Of course we feel foolish now that we gave in to their demands. I cannot stress this enough - do not buy from this builder. The other 1 star reviews should be plenty of indication. Our neighbors who have also been victims of this builder share the same sentiment. If this is not enough, I encourage you to ring the bell of anyone who currently lives in a home built by Saberwood and ask them about their experience. I can say with confidence that they will share a similar story, perhaps even worse. You work hard for your money and deserve to be in a home that you love. Saberwood will not give that to you.
