She could work with any style whether its contemporary or modern . The details in her drawing is one of the kind . She is most patient person and architect I have even seen.

Overall very good experience with second floor addition design, building permits and the team followed up as needed.

We meet Saba and her team at the Toronto home show 2018 and was immediately impressed by her level of knowledge and professionalism. We had her come to our house the following week to give us an on site estimate (which was at no obligation as well) where most companies we called wanted a charge right of the bat. Base on the home visit we proceeded with her proposal and even after getting the building permit she is still available to answer our questions along the way and even gave us tips during on construction projects. Highly recommend!

We had the pleasure of hiring the firm with its modern approach to creativity in renovating our Mississauga Condo. They did a major kitchen and bathroom renovation, interior alterations for our unit, and they helped us in furniture selection. Working with Saba was a pleasure, she had a great eye for modern design, she was incredibly helpful and responsive.
S	Stan Pyne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed an addition to our house to accommodate my wifes mother as we did not wish to put her in a nursing home, we were introduced to QBS by Daniel Syrus, the initial meeting was pro bono, and we liked the attitude of Saba and her knowledge and forthrightness regarding her business, she and her team worked with us to get exactly what we were looking for and produced a set of drawings that she worked with and went through the comity of adjustments with us at City Hall to get our permit, she was always available through the construction phase, and came and did a walk through after completion, I would highly recommend QBS for any project you may have.

At the beginning they seemed helpful and seemed nice, but once we signed contract and continued our journey, it was unbearable and just wanted it to end. They were not helpful at all with first time construction customers. Most of the reviews here on Google I can see are in partnership with this company so it's mostly bias (especially with Leed Construction, aka Daniel Syrus). Their reviews are definitely untrusting and one-sided and its unfortunate. I need to call out, so customers have this knowledge, especially with the rate customers are being charged these days!
