★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facilities are new, bright and clean. Pyatt Hall is much smaller than I expected, about 10 rows. Row clearance is a bit narrow, and seated audiences have to stand up to yield just coming ones. Maybe it's good for solo or private events.
