A port-a-poty fell off a truck and hit my car, Petra and the PV and V team was there to help.

Never can talk to a live person always getting put through to voicemail they couldnt beat any competior. I have a 6 star elite driving record. They didnt really care that i cancelled. All my family is with them as well Sorry PV & V

I called after hours, but before 9 a.m. the next morning, I had a positive response from Ed. He treated me with the utmost respect, and offered hopeful, positive solutions. It was so easy to deal with him! With in 24 hours, I had solutions, and today I have piece of mind, home insurance and the assurance that I will be treated fairly and without judgement. I won't deal with anyone else and will be passing out this business recommendation to everyone. I have always said that you won't know how good your broker is until a tough time appears and once again I have found that to be true!
