★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It just takes forever to get your packages anytime Purulator is involved. It is the worst service one could possibly imagine.
They lie and say there's an issue with the address, that they attempted the delivery and you were not there or basically any kind of excuse to blame the client for their incompetence and terrible service.
I tried placing complaints before, but it's just the same over and over, they "can't find my address" no matter how clear it is and how many times I add notes for the drivers, they are liars and don't care about delivering on time, period.
