★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful location! Why would they send packages here for people that live downtown? Also, I tried calling this location for over an hour, but no one picked up during a non-busy hour. As well, they have no queue system, so you have no idea if anyone will pick up or how long you will need to wait for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give this company a no star review. Hard to believe that in his day and age they don't have the ability to find your package by name. Had to call customer service to get the tracking number. Of course there's always a line up and only one clerk available for a dozen people.

You can call Amazon customer service and ask them to not use Purolator when they ship packages. It's something they are more then willing to do for you. I just did and it already feels great to know I won't have to even deal with them again!
They never make even the slight effort of trying to get you your package, door bells scare them, intercom systems scare them, even just a regular door scares them. It's not a hard job, but it's apparently hard to do well. I am thankful for all the delivery drivers working during this hard times but only for the ones actually working.

Easily the worst delivery service i've ever had the displeasure of using.
Purlator can't even deliver to addresses i've used countless of times with other services without me having to call and clarify how and where they need to drop my items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was to receive a package today through Amazon but delivered by Puralator and I get a message stating that they couldn't deliver it.
I phoned to find out why, they said that there is no buzzer code so no delivery., I said you guys have delivered to others in my building with no code or have left notices downstairs and the woman I talked too, said we dont do that.. I asked why they didnt call or text , they said their drivers dont have business phones to do such things. Now I am going to have to go out in this weather I have health reasons why I shouldnt go, i gave to go down to 800 Kipling ave. I also phoned Amazon to let them know from now on do not use Puralator to deliver my packages and they made a note on my file.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Packages are not delivered. Delivery person just leaves the sticker and runs away without even ringing the door bell. Forcing people to go and pick the packages up themselves. Purolator is not a delivery service, its a self pick up service.
