★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn't deliver to a good chunk of pg. In store service is slow. Shipping is fast though....EDIT I take that back. Natural disaster..purloator "oh noes, there is only one highway to PG (note sarcasm), let's send everything to Edmonton and tell our customers we won't be delivering till the disaster is over.. Amazon "hold my beer, were changing delivery routes to one of the 3 other highways" (The packages are here 3 days early)... Come on Purolator.. It's bad enough that you don't even cross a set of bridges to do any delivering to one whole section of town anymore, But now you're going to use a natural disaster as to why you can't deliver any goods when there's three other highways to get to us.... Edmonton does not involve going through the lower mainland to get to us. Deliver the package already...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They delivered my package at 7:15 a.m. who's up at that hour ready for a package? Then they wrote 1:00pm pick up at the pickup location. Drove all they way across town at 2:30 pm only to find out my package isn't actually there at the moment. Why say pick up at 1pm only to find out it's not there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have Shipped a lot of parcels to the U.S. and Robin has done a great job of filling out the forms, finding the towns or cities and getting my goods away. I'm in and out with no hassles. Parcel has always been delivered. I will continue to use them for all my delivers. Got a text today saying my Amazon parcel was there. Went down, picked up, no PROBLEM. That's Service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never deliver my parcels to my door. Have delivered to the wrong address several times. Have had a driver openly refuse to deliver all the way to my door and scoff at my husband and I and the manager thought that was okay.
They once had to have head office make amends with me for refusing to deliver my fresh flowers.
Then all of this.
This branch is a black mark on the company. I will never understand why anyone uses their business for shipping in this city if this is wh theat they deem to be professional behaviour.
